What’s the name of your Company?

How many properties should be shown on your new website?

Do you offer anything else besides rental of the properties (excursions, bike rentals etc.) ?

What budget have you allocated for this project? Be honest and we will tell you what we can and can't do.

It's helpful to set SMART goals as it keeps all of us on the same page and moving in the same direction. That is goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. With this in mind, what are the top 5 business needs of your new website?

Do you already have an existing Website? If yes, is there anything about your current site that serves the business well and if so, why?

Tell us about your ideal customer. Who are they? How old are they? What gender are they? Where do they hang out online? What are their interests?

What are the top 5 reasons your ideal customer will visit your website?
[eg: research property information, get contact details, ask questions about booking, pricing]

Should the Website include a booking calendar so visitors can see availabilities?

Should guests be able to send booking request over the website or should the website link to listings on airbnb or any other platform?

Would you like to include payment options so guests can book their stay and pay directly on the website?

Do your competitors have websites? If so, list them here so we can make sure yours is better 🙂

Are there any other websites in particular that you like the design of? Why?
(These don't have to be short term rental websites, if you like the design of facebook for example, you can use it, just describe what exactly you like and why).

If we were to be celebrating a successful website strategy in 12 months time, what would that have to look like? How many website visitors? How many bookings? Be as descriptive as you possibly can.

Finally: anything else you want to let us know?
